I've been wanting to get back in shape and trim down for a while now. I've gained about 30lbs (I think) since me and SU got the house, 2 years ago. SU has gained more than that.
I keep trying to get us to exercise and eat healthier but he's just not interested, he says he is, but he's always 'too busy' to get on the program. And by busy I mean playing video games ect.
I'm anorexic so actually doing this healthy is a really big challenge for me, but I think I'm ready for it...least I hope so! Three years ago I was at 100lbs at 5'6 and my heart wasn't working correctly. (Scarey I know! It actually stopped on me for about 30 seconds at work one day back then)
So I've been yo-yoing between fasting and binging, from this vicious disease. I'm back in therapy though and my psychologist got me signed up for this thing called solutionsforwellness
its showing me menu's and how to portion food and have a moderate healthy exercise plan for me (one of my biggest hang ups is exercising WAY to much). So I've printed a lot of stuff out and am going to make a big poster board with menu options, and exercise plans ect.
I wish I had noticed this subboard earlier! I think a lot of my problem has been lack of support. I've printed out stuff for SU and am going to make a big poster board for him too and an exercise program cause he says he wants to lose weight and get back in shape, so hopefully he'll do it with me. If not I'm going to not worry about it just concentrate on my plan.
I don't know exactly how much I weigh now because scales are a big hangup for me, I mangled and threw mine in the trash when I started therapy 3 years ago. Wii fit made me hit the wrong button one day and I think I was around 160, I got off the screen really quick though. I'd like to be at 130, I think that's a healthy weight for my height!

I am a work in progress here...slow slow progress :whatever:
