I've been doing really good, I won't get on the scale, not yet, but I'm watching what I'm eating and I've got good control right now, when I start seeing it in my clothes, then I'll start getting back on the scale, maybe in a week or so.
I gained 1 and half pound last week then lost it again im going for 1 more pound for my stone!

Down 13lbs all together. Not too bad but I would like it to be falling off faster. I really am just doing meal changes and less in and more activity type. Cut out coffee and soda, though dh did convince me to have a vanilla latte this morning. I had two sips and dumped it. BLECK.
