I am not going to get hung up over ever little 1/2 lb fluctuation. Or excited about a 2 lb drop that ends up being just cuz I'm dehydrated. I don't want to have my expectations dashed when the scale doesn't move for days on end. I honestly don't even want to know what I weigh right now.
I know what I want my body to look like. I know what pants do and what pants don't fit. That's all I'm going to judge by. I am FREE of the SCALE!!

I only weigh myself once a week on Monday mornings and as soon as I get out of bed.

I'm a slave to the scale. I weigh in the morning when I first get up and then at night when I get ready for bed. All your reasons for not weighing are right and I wish I could stop.
