Where you have a buddy that you check in with every week or every few days. You can send info to them like your weight loss for the week or what you've done as far as exercise for the week. Keeps you in check with one person. I see that Just Losers is a bit slow on posts and folks don't really do a weekly check in. Just wondering if we grouped up in twos how successful it would be.
I've tried to get my friend to come to the gym with me, because she's always dieting and griping about her weight. The problem is, she wants me to nag her to come. She wants me to be her motivation. I can't do that. I have enough trouble motivating myself, and I'm willing to be her support, but she has to be self motivated.
