I am now eligible to post in this member group as last night Dave and I decided that we really need to get fitter and sexier for our holiday in August!
My goal is to try and lose 6 - 7 kgs (13 - 16lbs) between now and August 1st. His goal is to get biceps and a "more defined" chest... so we've planned an exercise regime that started today. Please wish me luck.... I've been so lazy the last year that this is really going to be a wake-up call!!
