I haven't recorded my weight since May 4th. I really think it helps when I know I have to be accountable and let everyone know what my weight is. So... I'm down but very little since the last posting.

wow! That is fantastic!
The less you have to lose, the slower it will come off. The fact that you are still consistently losing a pound every other week or so is great.
