From the Hungry Girl 200 under 200 book...this is a nummy filling snack (I like it for breakfast).
APPLE SLAW
1 med fuji apple
1 med granny smith apple
2 cups dry broccoli slaw mix (refridgerated section of produce aisle)
1/2 c plain fat free yogurt
1/2 tblsp honey
3/4 tsp splenda
Cut both apples into matchstick sized strips and add to the salw mix, toss well and set aside. In a separate bowl combine yogurt, honey and splenda until well mixed. Add to the slaw/apple mix and stir until thoroughly coated. Chill for at least 30 mins, store in fridge.
Makes 5 servings (serving size about 1 cup).

Oooh, that does sound good. I'll have to try it. Thanks!

It sounds delish! But may I ask how you cut the apples into match size sticks?
Does this boat make my butt look big?
