Progress?? Successes?? Further tips to keep us all going???
Lost another pound, total lost 20.6 pounds.
I can only offer actual advice to the WW people - eat all your points and if you're stuck on a weight and being strict about activity points, not using too many bonus points, etc. try eating all the bonus points you have. It seems to work pretty well for me.
Stick with it everyone!
I haven't weighed myself, doing good though...have to cut back on somethings still.
Haven't weighed myself since I hit the 12lb mark, maybe next week! I did have a friend say that I probably was ready to move down a size in my jeans, she thought they were sagging! Heck isn't that the style!

I'm down another 1.5 lbs. So I've got NINE to go on my quest for 185-ville........
0 this week. I am within 7-8 pounds of my goal weight and it seem to be getting harder. I stayed within my calorie allotment so I guess I will have to shake things up some.
