I would like to become a member of your group! I would like to lose 50 pounds but I'm going to start slowly and make my first goal 10 pounds. Does anyone have any suggestion on how to get started? I went out tonight and bought all the right foods. I'm ready to drink tons of waterand allowing myself one sweet a day.

The 'Losers' seem to be all over the map plan-wise: Weight Watchers, South Beach, etc. etc. If you need info on any of the above, just ask. I'm sure *someone* has experience with the major systems for dropping poundage.
