Weight watchers online is scolding me that I'm going too fast for their recommendations. I'd say they're right. 6.2 pounds in 5 days ain't good.

My yo-yo-ing over the past month seems to at least be going in the right direction this week. Note: THIS WEEK!!! Next week is apt to be a completely different story.
