of SBD was yesterday ;D Okay not really starvation but hey If I can't have bread that's how I felt!!
Well I am bummed. I only lost 3lbs >I am really discouraged right now...I even caved and had a piece of apple cinnamon bread last night. :-\ I already had my egg bfast for today so I am hoping to continue and end up with some results. I need some support for sure and I need to EXERCISE.

1) Three pounds is a damned good start!! Don't discount your early success. I averaged two lbs a week (except for recently, when I've been in stall-ville); more than that was cause for confetti and dancing!
2) The purge is re-setting your body chemistry for good things to happen later. BE PATIENT! And hang in there. You're body is building a platform (more efficient use of cals; more even distributions of insulin to process sugars; etc.) from which weight loss will come.
Don't lose hope yet. You've done the tough-stuff. The drop of the needle of the scale is coming. Wait for it!
Thanks for the encouragement...I sure needed to hear that!!
I will stay the course ;D
