    Default Energy issues....

I went on a business trip last week and while I exercised, I wasn't always able to make the best food choices because of a fixed menu. I gained 1 lb...but that's not bad considering.

Anyways, I feel like I am so tired...all of last week and through the weekend...and this morning at the gym I felt like my legs were made of iron. I got back on Wednesday so I should be caught up with the sleep and I am definately 100% OP.

Is there something else that can be draining my energy? I feel quite like I am in a funk...and I DON'T LIKE IT.

    Help.

    1. Could you be coming down with something?

    2. When I use to feel like that, I was usually anemic. Doctor would put me on iron.

    3. Your body has go through a tremendous change in the last year. It might just be telling you to ease up some.

Hopefully it is short term and you will feel back to normal soon.

Have you been under any extra stress? I know that does it for me! Unfortunately when I get that way I just drink more caffeine and I know thats not helpful either :, man does this ever get easy! Hope your feeling more energetic soon- Di

Have you ever had any blood sugar issues? If you ate higher carbs/sugars last week, your body could still be adjusting back to healthier foods. If I eat a cookie one day, the next day I am tired and starving and my blood sugar crashes the whole day. :-\

I know that will happen to me too, if I eat a lot of carbs or sugars I will crash and bad.

Good news! Glad you're feeling back on track.

I notice that I go through cycles. I feel great for a few days, and lousy for a few days. I've never been able to figure out what causes it, if anything, or if it's just my own rhythm.
