Holy schmoe. I was totally out of control last night. Granola bars. Cookies. Nuts. Chocolate. Pretzels. I was a human vacuum-cleaner.
Thank goodness I don't do that too often.
whoo.

Hope you enjoyed Dan - sometimes we give in to cravings. It's human (I unfortunately give in a little too often)
I think we all need to do that ONCE in awhile! I'm sure you will be right back on track today.

If somebody could just wire my jaws together, I think I could be a happy camper and lose weight. So, I definitely know how you feel!

That was me the other night I ate a whole pack of biscuits plus much more
I think we all need to do that once in a while, or we'd implode.

Knowing that I was going to start my diet and exercizing today I had wine, chips, cheese ... even a bowl of ice cream last night! Sigh...the memories...

The worst Binge for me was when I went to the bakery and picked up a birthday cake I had ordered. It was a white cake with real thick butter cream frosting and lots of roses. It was nobody's birthday, I just had a craving for cake. I brought it home and ate the whole cake and a half gallon of ice cream. It took me less than an hour. It satisfied my sweet's craving for about two months. Believe it or not, I still lost two pounds that week.![]()
