Hello there!!! I am new to the forums, but since I am battling with my own weight loss, I thought I would post here and see who else is battling with me! I have lost 3 pounds in the last month, because I havent been trying hard enough. I am on point now, and ready to kick some butt and get in shape!!!

I have a great set schedule until school starts, then its shakes and whatever I can take with me and the occasional salad in the cafeteria. Right now I chug a shake, go do some weights and 30-45 minutes of cardio in the morning. When school starts Im going to have to go to the gym on the days I have no school and weekends.
Im working one muscle group per day, 5 days a week. Im not following any specific plan, but I am not eating processed foods as much as possible- the only ones being the occasional protein bar on the go. Im eating as clean as I can. I cut out as much sugar as possible.
Im also NOT eating after 6pm- I think that is what is doing it for me this week, I woke up and dropped another pound this morning!!!
