Thanks...and I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who eats about every 2 hours!! ;D Small grazing most of the day.

I decided to stick with Flex for now....I'm currently just maintaining, my heart isn't in it right now.... sort of the winter blues, but I will kick it up a notch with the water and exercise and possibly get lucky!

    Hi

I started WW three weeks ago...have only lost 6 pounds, but every little bit helps.

I have noticed on their site that they talk about Laughing Cow cheese...where do you find this? Is it somewhat good? I havent seen it locally...but maybe I am not looking in the right place!

Thanks for the sample meals too, I need to add new foods to my routine!!!

I find my Laughing Cow in the specialty cheese section. Maybe by the deli. It is in a round cardboard container. There are like 8 wedges in there. 1 point each.

Laughing Cow is really good - I think the garlic version is kind of like a light version of Boursin cheese. Very yummy.

My store has it in the specialty cheese section too.

(oh yeah...and 6 pounds in 3 weeks is EXCELLENT. Any time the scale goes down is great!!)

Is that all they are. Thanks for that. I love that stuff and have gone off cheese so I could have another biscuit.
