    Default protein bars or drinks?

Does anyone use them? I tend to need them at work, I work 10hr. shifts and we're lucky if we get our 30min. lunch so that's when they come in handy-Do you have a favorite! I picked up some of Kirklands wt. loss drinks and there not to bad! Just was wondering what others might use. TIA

I bought a supply of Fiber One bars to keep at work. I know I need a snack between meals and figured these would be better than the cookies and candy that is usually floating around the offices.

Years ago I used the EAS protien drink for breakfast, but after several years tired of it.

Diabetic here. I use Glucerna bars, esp the "chocolate chunk" flavor. People with "normal pancreases" steal mine all the time, so they must be pretty decent. 150 calories. I eat 'em for breakfast a lot.

i used to do the fiberone bars....but with all of the fruits and veggies I eat, I was getting too much fiber and it was making me rather gassy and uncomfortable. Occaisionally I will eat Luna bars...and they are okay, but I'd rather eat an apple or mini bag of 100 calorie popcorn instead for lower points.

    Not a big fan.

My brain goes on the fritz, and I end up thinking: "Hey, this is lo-cal, good for me, and chocolate. Let's have another..."

By the time the whole box is gone in one sitting, it's too late to feel anything but regret. And sick. :-X
