Since Jan. 7th I have lost 5lbs. yeepee! I truly am not living by the scale, feel like I easily get discouraged when I do that, so only weighing once every 2 wk.s or so! Learned this from body for life, when I did it about 5 yrs. ago, they actually encourage you to throw the scale out and just measure your self! Anyway I'm happy and feel more motivation then I have in along time! Maybe its the sun thats shining outside ;D. Hope everyone else is doing well with their goals!

Congratulations!! I'm chained to my scale. Weigh in the morning and at night. I really need to stop. Today I was one pound higher and I felt a little depressed even though I know I haven't gone over in calories and that your weight can fluctuate.

This is how I get and I found it doesn't help my mindset! So actually don't have scale at home anymore and only weigh at work once in awhile! Find it helps me to not get so frustrated-Originally Posted by Linda1

Thanks, I think I'll stick the scale under the bed where it is out of sight till my weigh in day. Not sure I'll be able to do it, but I'll give it a try.
