Okay, fess up. Howz ya doing??

Not that great! I weighed in at 153 this morning. I don't even remember where I was when I last posted, but I know I've gained a few pounds. My highest weight was 163, but that was before Just Losers.

I started counting calories. Oh my! I can't believe how many calories I have been eating each day. I snack lots between meals. Today I haven't. I'm hungry! Dinner is over and I only had a total of 1160 today, so I have some left for a snack tonight. I want to keep under 1600. I hope I can keep this up.

I'm down 4 lbs for the week -- all the weight I gained for the holidays. So now, I'm back to where I was on Dec 18. I've lost three weeks' progress. But at least I didn't backslide further, and I was able to regain the lost ground.

So total weight loss remains : 46.5 lbs since 07/05/07.

With 12.5 lbs to go before the final checkered flag is waved!

I started at 198 and I am down to 183.8. Total is 14.2.

It is slow going, but the slower the better according to most. The slower it comes off the easier it is to keep off.

14.2 pounds since September isn't bad when I am also lifting weights to hit another goal once I lose my fat weight.

So weight loss so far = 19lbs

Total weight loss goal = 44lbs

Dan, add .2 to that. I am at 14 pounds total. I basically maintained this week. I am not happy. Oh well. Can't lose every week.

I first read that as 30 lbs! Glad to see I was wrong. Holy-schmoe, that would be, what, a whole bushelful of Christmas cookies in one sitting?? Or a vat of Egg Nog? Or both??

Just getting back into it. I maintained over the holidays, so I'm back at wanting to lose again now!

I am down 6 lbs. total weight loss since starting over in JAn is 6 pounds. so far total is 136 pounds
