What is the routine - post details, weekly weigh in and support?
Sorry if I sound ignorant.
My issues - I'm 42, have been about 25 lbs overweight for about 10 years.
It's all about supporting each other during a really difficult fight -- for some of us, it's the toughest fight of our lives.
I post a call-to-status post once a week. And folks share with as many or as few specifics as they want. Some list their weight loss for the week and the totals for the entire project. Some just post "I had a crappy week and ate a box of Oreos as a result." No judgements, just support and encouragement.
