I thought I would stop in. I am not doing well with my weight right now. I have gained weight. I am at a lost of 130lbs instead of my 150lbs lost. I have gotten control and am starting over. I think it's because of my lack of cardio and I do eat more with longer shifts. but I have put a changed to this and next week I am buying a treadmill and getting my ass working out I am so ashamed that I let myself gain about 15 pounds in 2 months. Very BAD!
The important thing is that you gain control back and getting motivated again!!!! GO FOR IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I actually weighted myself this morning and down 2 pounds since new years day-- all water I'm sure LOL
I'm right there with ya sister. I took a break from it all. The holidays
are horrible for me with Christmas cookies, etc... I've put on about
5 lbs but its 5lbs too much. I need to start tracking again. I'm getting
it all out of my system this weekend and starting on Monday.

(((HUGS))) It sounds like you have a plan to get back in control. In the past 3 months I gained back every lb (almost 20) that I lost through Just Losers last year. . . but I'm back.
So you're not the only one who has fallen off of the wagon.
