I SHED FOUR POUNDS THIS WEEK!! Hoo-ray! Makes me feel better about last week's nil progress!!

I am 11.5 pounds away from my second goal.

I lost 2 kilos. I am back on Pred so struggling.

I'm cerebrating that I didn't put any weight on.....didn't lose either but then I didn't expect too.
