Default Changes based on weight loss

Anyone had any marked changes they want to share, as the result of losing weight?

Over the past 2 wks, I've replaced just about all my pants for work. Old size - 38s with some Hi's in the 40s!!!! New size: 36.

I also took my ring to the jewler's and had it made smaller, from a 10.5 to a 10. And I've had to re-notch my watch....

Cool to think about the fact that it was sheer blubber that used to make all these things fit 'normally' three months ago!

I am definately seeing lots of changes in clothes...I don't know what size I am in because I refuse to buy clothes right now...but I am getting into my closet for clothes that used to fit...but now are hanging on me.

I feel better...I am not so grumpy or tired. I feel way more upbeat.

I've only lost around 14 pounds, but it was enough that my "fat" clothes are way to big and my regular clothes are loose. Last week I noticed my wedding ring was gone. I searched the entire house, spread the garbage bag contents on the driveway and finally found it in the dryer. It seems to slip off very easy. Oh, and some of my dress shoes seem more comfortable.

    I have one less chin!!

Mostly in my sizes...I put on a pair of pants that I wore last year and the year before and they fell off...I was shocked; I actually laughed out loud! I'm keeping them to remind myself I don't ever want to gain that much weight again.

I'm waiting until I reach my goal to have my diamond resized. I haven't been able to wear it for several years with the weight gain...then the divorce came; so my gift to self once I reach goal is to have it made into something I can wear!!

I am much more aware of what goes into my mouth. If I have a bad day and eat too much, I try to be even more aware in the days that follow. I need to be better about exercise, though.... :-\

I was almost in size 24 pants 3x tops. I'm now down to almost 18 pants 1x tops. ;D
My rings are falling off my fingers and I just told Bob the other night that we have
to take them to get resized. I also had to take a link out of my watch.
