be bad, but not that much.

Weighed in at WW last night after a week of traveling (I am sure it being that time of the month was part of the issue too). Showed a gain of 2.4 lbs. Add that to my struggles in general getting the weight off, it left me in tears by the end of our meeting.

Thank god for my awesome leader, Roberta. I talked with her briefly to see if that might help me get my head back in the game, she told me I can call her anytime if I need to.

So I am starting a new week today. I've already journaled my breakfast & had a 45 minute walk with Lexi, so I am off to a good start. Been at my desk with my bottle of water for the last 2 hours.

We were told last week that sometimes a bad week pays into fighting off a plateau! So think positive! You'll do better this week!
