Just wanted to share. I am feeling fantastic and shrinking too! Time to incorporate more yoga. I want to tone up a lot but I don't wan obvious muscles, and yoga is the best for this, plus the side benefits of improving balance and relaxation.

Psst: Don't worry about building up too many muscles. Unless you're genetically gifted, you won't. And if you do, keep your mouth shut about it because there are plenty of women and men who would kill for your genes!
Yoga eh? Heh.
I build muscle scary-fast. The bulky, super unattractive kind. I love working out but just stick to cardio only because I fear resembling swartzenegger. Once I did pushups daily for a month and built pecs that dwarfed my breasts. Not hot. :P
Buuuttt... I want to tone. I'm skinny, blech. So maybe yoga? Hot or just regular, does it matter?
