and I am still moving! LOL! I went Monday evening and last night and Tuesday I walked for an hour at the bark park with a 2 minute sit down while Eddie took a break to play with some dogs. He loves to walk the woods and doesn't need to stop so the hills are good for me, the woods are good for him. Win-win!
Seriously, this gym is all about in and out and keep moving in between. While I used the mahcines last night they held an 10 minute abs class and then an aerobic class. I decided that I would wait a couple of weeks until I try to kill myself doing one of those. They also offer Zumba classes which look like fun.
Tonight is park night and then tomorrow wil be gym night, then Saturday will be park and Sunday I will do what I feel like. The gym is closed on Sundays so it won't be the gym!
I have been slowly working on the diet, though I haven't been too good this week. Oh well.

YAY!!!! Zumba classes are really fun... They offer them at my gym too. I usually do the hip hop funk class and zumba. I may look spastic but it's fun and you get a great workout!!!
