The company started the get-healthy thing again yesterday, so I weighed in... exactly where I was when we finished the last one in October. Of course, I had gained some over the holidays and lost that, so it wasn't that I just maintained what I had lost.
So, okay, here I go, determined to lose 80 to 100 pounds. I will do it gradually, no drastic 'diets' but a lifestyle change. Eating better, smaller portions, and getting more exercise.
Wish me luck!

Good Luck!
In order to really enjoy a dog, one doesn't merely try to train him to be human,
The point of it is to open oneself to the possibility of becoming partly a dog.
