Should be week...7 or 8? But I took off most of week 5 in anticipation of my trip to New Orleans and then of course...my trip. Oh heavenly 6 course meal with wine pairings at August restaurant....
Then last week I was sick so eating sporadically. And a longstanding dinner reservation on Saturday kinda blew anything I had done out of the water.
So this could technically be week 1 again I guess. Back in the saddle. Two good things:
1. I'm back to the weight I was before New Orleans.
2. Hubby is doing the diet with me. REALLY doing the diet with me. I'm making his lunches and packing a bag for him to take to work. He's lost 4 lbs already! He hit a major wardrobe crisis and the New Orleans trip made numbers appear on the scale that scared him. So..I have a partner in this thing which is very helpful.
I fear that I may be hitting a diet threshold where to continue to lose more weight I'll need to exercize. Fortunately its doggy walking weather again so we'll start there.
