For a month I have been cutting back and eating more protein and less sugar and I am the same weight![]()
The stupid weather has not allowed me to walk but 3 times in that month. I am trying to get my weight down so that maybe my cholestrol levels will go down by July.
I eat for breakfast either egg whites with shredded cheese or a cup of oatmeal. My snacks are always either nuts or string cheese. I have been eating a lot of salads, grilled chicken breast, and veggies. For my sweet tooth I have been eating sugar free jello and still the scale hasn't budged....I am so frustrated!!

I hear you! After being able to walk for hours when I was in Mexico, I'm back to shuffling along in the cold, not really walking. Let's hope spring comes SOON!

Thanks Linda. I just had a check up last month and that's when I found out my chol. numbers were too high. Trying to lose weight is freaking hard!!

I'm feeling your pain.
My DH and I started Low Carb-ing it on Feb 1st.
He's lost 22 lbs. and I'm only down 14 lbs!
And I eat less and work out more!!
It's a tough life.....but someone has to do it.
