Following the nutritionist's 5 day diet plan for 6 weeks.
No sugar. No white foods. No processed foods. Measuring my servings.
No alcohol. Lots of water.
No exercise due to back issues. Hopefully can add in some walking a few weeks.
Starting weight...about 155.
Goal weight 145. (If I reach this weight in the allotted time I may go on for a full 2 months. Its all about fitting into those spring clothes baby!)
And....we're off!! If I don't completely lose my sanity I'll check back in...
