I must be nuts to post this, but if it helps me stay accountable, then it is worth it. I took these measurements myself, so might be off a little.
December 30 2010: 136.5
January 6 2011: 136.5
(Did weight workout 3 times, but did not start watching food intake.)
upper bust:35.25
bust: 38
under bust:31.75
waist: 31.5 (biggest problem)
hip: 38.25
thigh: 22
calf: 13.25
upper arm:12.25
