Default I'm ready to start back

Anyone else game? I looked back at my post from Feb 2009. I wanted to loose 10 pounds which I didn't do. Right now I'm the same weight as in Feb, but less toned. Besides keeping track of my weight I will also keep track of my measurements.

I am rejoining Weight Watchers next week. I did WW years ago & lost just over 50 lbs. I felt great & then I just lost my mojo.

My neighbor is joining with me, so hopefully the two of going together will be that extra shove I need.

I started out good yesterday then it went south. Today was better, I walked on my treadmill while Toby tried to grab my pant leg..silly dog, then he kept barking at me!!

Good luck to all of us!

Count me in on the traditional resolutions day ...this is the one part of my life I haven't been able to get a grip on the past few years...it is time!

I am game...I have an additional 20 lbs to loose...I started 3 weeks ago and lost 8 lbs so far by watching what I am eating (calorie counting) and working out a little.

How do you plan on keeping track? Just post here when we are having a good or bad day?

Last time I did this, I started a thread of my own and every week I posted my weight and how the week went to the same thread. That way I could see my progress at a glance. I plan to do the same this time.
