Back from vacation for over 6 weeks now. Doing turbo kick twice a week and supplementing with dog walking, abs and pushups on other days. Logging in my calories and staying within range. Increased my protein by adding a protein shake.
I have not lost a single freakin' pound. My weight is EXACTLY the same. I do think I've put on some muscle, but I have not lost its protective fat covering. Therefore, none of my clothes fit. STILL. This is starting to piss me off. I'm trying to work a 3rd day of turbo into the mix, but that is going to be really hard with my schedule and won't happen often.
I don't know what else to do.
