In oct I was 208 lbs, I now weigh...162. not at my goal yet but, I am within 11 lbs of my weight when I got married 25 yrs ago! I am one happy girl!

Good for you! You are my hero. Clothes shopping should be fun now! I would like to lose about forty pounds. Any secrets? You should be very proud!

Ok I have to be honest here...It was menopause, I lost weight when pg with all 3 kids and now that menopause is almost done the pounds are falling off. I am getting more exercise and eating better but truth be told it is way too easy. I even went to the Dr because I thought I was really sick! Good luck I know you can do it too!
