Okay so challenge this week is going to be easy, let's ease into this weight loss battle. Have you been drinking enough water? Your challenge this week is simple, drink your water daily! I know... I know... we all know this, right? Wrong, how much water should you be drinking? 8 - 10 cups a day is a good start but there is a formula! Lean body mass x 0.64 = optimal water intake! I have to warn to be careful with the water challenge, water intoxication is a real medical emergency so make sure you aren't taking in too much for your body. Personally I'm starting with the 8 - 10 cups a day. My little disclaimer, I am not a doctor just a mom who wants to lose some weight and learning as I go. You should consult your doctor before starting any weight loss program. (I feel like an infomercial!)
What is Lean body mass? It is the weight of your bones, muscles and organs, everything other than your fat. How do I know this? Google is my friend! I had no idea what any of this was until I started to do a little research for this challenge. I learned something today. Links I followed for all to learn a little something new today.

I used to be a total water Nazi and in everyone's face about drinking enough water and I have totally slacked. Thanks for the reminder!

Yep, I'll be in the stall next to you!! Did you know a good liver cleanse is a cup of warm water with 1/2 lemon squeezed in? Do it in the morning. I just read about this, I had no idea! Of course it's if you believe in the whole cleanse thing, some folks don't.
