Anyone else do this???

I tried it for the first time on my business trip to Massachusetts & loved it <3!!!

Found a local dance studio that offers it, so I am going to do night from 7:15 to 8:15. Hopefully I won't kill myself like I tried to do the first time. Just got to remember, I do not have to go at the same pace as the instructor & I can adjust the moves.
