    Cool Help! Someone remind me...

    I can survive the first few days of counting my points for WW??

    My week started yesterday & I did well, did not exceed my points (I get 28, plus my activity points). Got lots of exercise yesterday... 40 minute walk with Lexi in the AM & then the gym for 30 minutes more on the treadmill as well as 30 minutes of weight training. Did not dip into my extra 35.

    Had a healthy breakfast this morning & my snack around 10:30 (WW Red Velvet 1 pt snack bar). It is nearly lunchtime today & I am ready to chew something up. I keep drinking my water & telling myself YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

    I know the first few days are the hardest, but darn it... *bangs head*

    My go-to's are pop corn and carrots! As you said LOTS OF WATER. Sometimes my tummy sounds like a faucet running LOL
    I am sitting here trying to plan my day of eating also.
    I think I am going to make a tuna sammich, pick up some carrots, baked chips, I have a WW dessert and for dinner I might have Applebee's.

    Do you have a hand held calculator? I purchased one on Ebay and it is so helpful to keep in my pocket. I am less than a week into doing WW. I got a slow start after all the holiday chaos. I had a BAD night last night and wanted to eat everything is site. DAMN that PMS!!
