LOSE THIS FREAKING BAGGAGE!!
This weekend I ate more Christmas cookies than ever. Today is a new day and so far I have done well...but it is only 9:15 am![]()
My resolution is that I'm not making any resolutionsAs far as the baggage goes, I'm turning 50 in July and am bound and determined to get the rest of the weight off, injured ankle or not! I do have to say the little bout with food poisoning I had last wk. gave me a jump start
Also kept me from eating any thing but clear liquids on Christmas

Politicians and diapers should be changed frequently and all for the same reason.

Good luck to you both. You will succeed if you really try![]()

Thanks Gene!
My resolution is to be able to get this larda$$ on a horse by late spring. I did very well over the holidays; I didn't bake anything because I knew I'd eat it if I did. My sister sent a box of cookies and they are residing in the freezer. Now I just need to move more and eat less and I'll be riding with Laura this summer!

I'm game. I did very well when I posted my weekly weight loss or gain when this forum was active. I only have about 10 pounds to drop, but I really need to tone and strengthen. With my bad knee, back and shoulder it hurts to exercise, but I know in the long run I will eventually feel better if I strengthen my muscles. I need a push.

I'll join right in with the rest of you guys...Totally depressed here, I saw a picture from New Years and couldnt believe how bad I looked...time to get my big ole butt in action.
Mom to Indy 6/12/98 to 11/16/11 (always in my heart), and Jobe (Working TDI) English Labs, and Annie our Golden Retriever (TDI), and Kodiak (who will one day hopefully be a TDI dog if he doesn't kill me first).
I'm in, I'm still carrying around that extra twenty pounds.
