No weight loss this week. Stayed the same as last week. My fault though. I didn't eat bad, but I didn't work out much. Long week with little sleep (Remy was neutered and kept getting up in the middle of the night to pee) and a lot of stress in general. I just couldn't do it. This just confirms for me that I can't lose weight via diet alone - I have to exercise. Its the only way for me.
Cardio: 2x this week
Abs: 2x this week
Weight training: 1x
I also blew off using the Daily Plate last week. Going to go back to that. I think a couple of stressful carb-binges snuck in there when I was tired at the office.
I did have one bout of shoveling that involved heavy wet snow. That definitely qualified as a workout since I was drenched through afterwards. But really, I rather my workouts on the treadmill. Puxatawny Phil or no.
