Well, it looks like I've lost a pound. 1 measly pound. :whatever: At one point, Friday or Thursday?, it looked like I had lost 2...but I'm going by my Monday weigh-in.
I hit the treadmill 4 days last week
I did abs 4 days last week
I did some light upper body weight training 3 days last week.
Does shoveling count?

Muscle weighs more then fat Melissa so you may see the results in other areas plus I never lost anything my 1st week of slimming world and 2nd week i lost 4lbs so it could easily catch up on next weeks
You are doing great. Never say you lost Just anything!! It is "I lost one pound, WooHoo!!" Healthy weight loss is between one - two pounds a weeks, so you are just right! Shoveling does count, so does house work, pushing the lawn mower, etc! Stick with it, you are doing great already!

I've lost about the same.......I didn't do as much exercise as you but it's so hot here I'm not really eating much besides fruit and salad which I think has helped alot! Start measuring yourself, you'll see results quicker

Set up a spreadsheet and measure:
* Biceps
* Chest
* Waist
* Hips
* Butt
* Upper Thigh
* Calf
And then in 1 month measure again and see what changes. You'll *gasp* because the measurements are a truer indictation of your progress because as karen said, fat that you convert to muscle (which is a GOOD thing) weighs more so it makes scales unreliable if you are looking for the figure to constantly be going down every week.
I am with you hun!!! Keep shovelling snow and I'll keep running on the treadmill...
