Fishing cat: Strangest thing I've ever seen

A friend sent me the link to this cat forum. It's Russian, so I have no idea what the hell they're talking about. The picture appears to be a fishing cat (wild cat common to Southeast Asia) that someone has domesticated, or maybe an outcross? I have no idea. But it is very, very strange.

Well it looks like a Bengal to me. Just like Dee's Bullitt. The black thing with whiskers, on the other hand, is a mystery to me. Kinda creepy, but the Bengal is gorgeous!
