I am so glad to hear that Sadie is home with you now and doing better.
Have you thought about contacting the food distributor to see if there are other cases and tell them about Sadies' reaction? They might pay for part or all of her treatment, since pretty much all else has been ruled out except for the food. Or at least look into the food by serial number if you still have the bag.

I was planning on calling the 1-800 number on the back of the food to at least let them know that the vet suspected it might've been the culprit. I tried searching online for any recalls, but hadn't come across any. I'll be sure to ask them about any other "complaints." Either way it's definitely something I want brought to their attention just in case.
