Hello from the great white North (Dakota)

I'm so happy I found this site. It's fantastic to have a community of lab lovers all in one place.

My wife and I reside in Fargo, ND with our british lab, Vedder (11/28/2010). He is mild mannered, playful, smart, well behaved (mostly ), but more than anything a wonderful companion. He loves to go on walks and runs with us, but his first love is the water. He quickly converted his grandma, a long time cat lover, into his lake buddy. She took him for his first swim and ever since we can’t keep him out of the water. He loves to fly off the dock in pursuit of his favorite retrieving dummy, stopping only to take small breaks to catch a few zzz’s in the yard.

Welcome, We all love our pups. They are such great company. My husband is retired and home all day and Jack is a great friend. They are best buds. He always comes out to meet me when I get home. It makes me feel very special. Glad that you are here to share photos and stories.
