my names elle and im new here, i wanted to join a dog forum as i love all dogs especially labs!
originally i joined an all breed forum but found they liked to bagg out labs..ALOT so ive come over to an all lab forum as lab owners are the best kind of dog owner lol

i have a 2 yr old girl Josie- yellow lab
and an 11 yr old girl- maggie-yellow lab (lives with mum/dad as shes a family pet)

We had a Maggie too. We lost her in May 2011. She was 12. It is still hard to think of her without tears. She was a yellow, fox red. She was so very special, and could literally talk! We got our Sophie in June. She has been a joy and a handfull all rolled into one! She has helped so much with our loss of our sweet Maggiemay. Sophie will be 9 months on Friday.

naww we call our maggie..maggie may too as we named her after the song!
its so hard when u lose them, i think non dog people think we're crazy, but grief is grief...and its definitley a loss of a family member when a dog passes
glad sophie is bring you joy..thats the great thing about labs they all have such personalities...
