I have just joined this site after visiting a few times. My family and I own a 13.5 year old chocolate lab named Mocha. We got her at 5 weeks (before we knew that was too young to take her) from a BYB in KC, MO. She has been the best dog ever.... ever so loyal to her mommy! Two years later we got another chocolate lab, this time from a reputable breeder in FL. Cappuccino joined us at 8 weeks and our family was complete. I never knew what joy two labs could bring until we had them both. Never a dull moment in our household but really, very well behaved girls! When we moved to Hong Kong (8 years ago) there was no question about if the dogs would join us. They adjusted to city living very easily and got plenty of long walks everyday. Sadly, we lost Cappie last December at age 10 to cancer. Her death left a huge void. Mocha is now quite old but still gets around reasonably well and is healthy. She gets tons of love as we treausre each day we have with her.

Welcome. I am sorry you lost your Cappie to cancer. It is a horrible thing. I lost my 3 year old to it.
Hope you enjoy it here as much as we do.
