Hello from Italy

Hey everyone, my name is David and I'm stationed here in Italy in the military, home is Nevada. My Wife and I just got a Yellow Lab puppy named Maximus, he is 2.5 months old. We have a Jack Russell, Corgi, Dotson mix named Mylo as well, he is just under 3 years old. My Wife is in the Military as well, but she is also a Veterinary medicine major in College so we have most the health and training stuff taken care of, but I just registered so I could learn a little more Lab specific stuff being Maximus is our first Lab!

He definitely is a cutie! We have only had him for four days and he already understands that he is supposed to go to the bathroom out side, so I am very pleased with that. His bowel movements are much more frequent than our other dogs were when he was a puppy, so it it takes a lot of attention from us to know he needs to go. He seems like he will learn pretty well though.

What are you feeding him? Foods with lots of fillers can cause more frequent bowl movements.

We're feeding him Purina puppy chow. He drinks more water than any dog I've ever seen, so that would probably explain his Urinating as often as he goes.
