Introducing Koda - 9 week old Chocolate Lab ... and his dad

Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum. I picked up my 9 week old Koda today from the breeder after his visit with the vet. He weighed in at 19 pounds 2 Ounces and had a perfect checkup, shots, etc.

We live in Dexter Maine and look forward to many years of friendship, training ... and love.

Oh...so sweet! And those eyes! I remember when Sophie's were that beautiful green! They change though. Hers are a gold color now. Still really pretty and expressive! Don't labs just have the most wonderful eyes!

Thanks everyone!! Yes, he has beautiful green eyes ... I know they will likely not stay that color.

Forgot to mention, I also have a two year old female tabby ... Peanut. She is not too happy I brought a dog home, but she is starting to come around, stayed hidden the whole first day.
