    Default Introducing Maverick (again)

I tried to do this awhile back but could not get the pictures to work but I think I have it this time!
Here's a little history on my pup! Me and my BF of 7 years deciced it was time to get a dog, and after only two days of looking we found some puppies that had just escaped death by 3 days! He was in a high kill shelter and his siblings and mother were scheduled to be put down, a private rescue group saved them just in time! We adopted him at 7 weeks and thankfully all his brothers and sister got homes as well as his sweet momma (a small 55lbs black lab who was barely a year old). Not much is known about Mavericks father but it is rumored that he was a un-neutered family pet (lab) that was allowed to roam the neighborhood, which I find very irresponsible. Anyways whether he is full lab or mix he is a sweetheart and such a gangly little guy right now(21 inches tall but only 36lbs!) , he is will be 5months tomorrow!

    7 weeks!

    5 months tomorrow!

He is a cutie! Is it me just being tired or does he look like he may have a little pointer in him? I think it may be me I need to go to bed, lol.
