I got my first lab when I was 10,40 years later they are still the best dog I know.
Looking forward to sharing info with you.
I have one issue that I expect to pick brains on.My present lab has epilepsy. He is a good dog, good bird dog and great house pet but the affliction he has seems difficult to manage. For months he's fine and then he starts having siezures. The vets are not able to pin point why but changing meds works, until it stops being effective and back to square one.Anyone have experience with an epileptic dog,I'd appreciate any insights.
Here are pics of my boy,Gander.

Hello and welcome -- Gander is a gorgeous boy. I don't have any experience with an Epileptic dog, however, I'm pretty sure there is a member on here who does have one, but I can't recall what name she goes by. You might have better response if you post something in Lab Chat.

The reason a dog has so many friends is that he wags his tail instead of his tongue.
