Maggie made her first water retrieve

Well...Pete shot the duck, it dropped and he sent Maggie out for it. She didn't see it land, but he pointed for her to fetch it up. She really didn't know what she was going after because he said she was watching him and not the duck, but she went in anyway because he pointed and told her to. She started swimming out and turned to look at him and he pointed again and all of a sudden the duck flapped and she saw it and man.... off she went, grabbed the bird and made the perfect retrieve. She was so happy. So was my husband. He never even had to tell her to drop it. She dropped it right at his feet.
