Where do i start. Can someone point me to a good book. I have looked, but there are alot of them. I don't have my pup yet, i would kinda like to know what i'm doing before i start. Thanks

Other's may have different opinions or recommendations. I trained my first Lab Deacon using Richard Wolter's book Game Dog. I'm using it to train the new guy Diesel as well. I do kind of adjust the schedule of the training according to the dog's personality. I guess I use it as a guideline for training rather than hard and fast rules that have to followed exactly.

I like Cherylon Loveland's book for youngsters, as far as a book.
